Our Sales Academy is the ultimate way for career-minded individuals to kick off a long-term career in Automotive sales. We are inviting applicants who are aspirational, looking to increase their earnings and develop long term career pathways, to apply for one of four positions available in our next Academy, commencing in November.
The Eagers Automotive Sales Academy is a 4 week intensive training program where we invest in talented people by providing the skills, knowledge and support to fast track success. The Academy involves:
• Full-time permanent and casual roles (commencing at start of the Academy)
• Retainer plus commission roles
• Intensive personalised training, mixed between classroom and in business
• One-on-one learning with key industry leaders and mentors
• Exposure to different departments and brands across the business
All Academy participants will be fully employed during the Academy Program, and upon completion will be offered positions from across the group that match skills and ambition. Graduates of our Academy are in the absolute best position to turbo-charge their career within the automotive industry!
Ideally candidates for these positions will:
• Demonstrate values of honesty and integrity
• Have a stable and high-performance work history, preferably in a sales field.
• Be looking to develop a long-term career with growth
• Show attributes of hard work, determination and commitment to success
• Must have current drivers licence
Roles based on casual hours will be considered for exceptional applicants who may have work hours restricted due to study or other progressive commitments
